Awful, I literally love pretty much opposite this store. I bought a few items and I came back the next day to the same guy and he refused to let me return an unopened item. It was just a utensil and I wanted to swap for a metal one instead and he refused to either let me swpa or return. No explanation. What kind of shop are you not allowed to return unopened items to. Won't give receipts either
