Responsibility
- diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues in mobile phones, tablets, and other handheld devices
- repair or replace damaged components, including screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and buttons
- perform software updates, firmware installations, and data backups
- conduct thorough testing and quality checks after repairs to ensure optimal device performance
- provide accurate and detailed estimates of repair costs and turnaround times to customers
- maintain an organized inventory of spare parts and ensure their availability
- keep up-to-date with the latest mobile phone models, technologies, and repair techniques
- stay informed about industry trends, new products, and emerging technologies
Requirements
- no prior experience required, but an interest in mobile phones and technology is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training is a plus
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent attention to detail
- good communication
- able to work alone and make informed choices
- able to follow instructions and work as a team
- comfortable and happy to self-learn
