Requirements
- strong familiarity with the 2X Criteria and their application across types of investors, sectors, thematic areas and investment instruments
- experience delivering quality content to external audiences, including senior and influential stakeholders
- proven project management, time management, and organisation skills, with excellent attention to detail
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- motivated by professional inquisitiveness, solving problems and creative use of digital technology to run projects, collaborate and share information
- specialised understanding of gender and finance and the field of gender lens investing; practical experience in the private capital highly desirable
- receptive to feedback, with a growth mindset
- we anticipate this role to be suitable for a candidate with 8+ years of experience
