Responsibility

  • safer Group are a young, dynamic, well established and rapidly growing technology focused security business, with strong capabilities in the development and deployment of security systems for temporary and remote sites
  • we work with some of the biggest names in construction, rail and civil engineering to secure their flagship projects from start to finish
  • due to our continued expansion we are looking for an HR Administrator or a Graduate looking to start their HR career, and keen to speak to candidates who are passionate about all things HR and have some experience in onboarding, producing offer letters/contracts, system data input, employee relations & all other ad-hoc HR tasks
  • issuing offer letters and contracts
  • checking, sending and tracking of all references/requests
  • checking and chasing expired documents such as passports, visas, training qualifications etc
  • updating and maintaining current personnel information on Bamboo HR, including new starters and leavers
  • maintaining electronic personnel files, including scanning and shredding HR documents in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations

Requirements

  • ability to provide a professional approach ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times
  • MS Office experience
  • office administration experience
  • good working knowledge of HR processes
  • proficient notetaking and typing skills
  • clear communication skills – spoken and written
  • excellent time-keeping and organisational skills
  • high attention to detail with a strong emphasis on accuracy
