Responsibility

  • oversee the day-to-day security operations, including the deployment and supervision of security personnel, patrols, access control, and incident response
  • conduct security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate security measures
  • support to Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel, ensuring adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards
  • conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and facilitate training and development programs for security staff
  • manage scheduling, staffing levels, and deployment of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage for client sites
  • serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding security-related matters, addressing their concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally
  • establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their security needs and expectations
  • collaborate with clients to customize security solutions and ensure service delivery meets their requirements and satisfaction

Requirements

  • diploma / Bachelor's degree in Operations or Management
  • proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the security industry
  • strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • in-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies
  • proficiency in security management software and tools
  • ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing environments
