- GS Associates are looking for a National Key Account Manager who will ideally be based out of Manchester or similar area
- GS Associates are looking for a key account manager. This will be based out of Birmingham to cover England
- liaising with all client stakeholders to ensure total client satisfaction
- work with and support the relevant store heads and GSA staff in the day-to-day service delivery
- liaise with People Services / Payroll and Compliance teams at Head Office to maintain excellent client service at store level
- ensuring contractual SLA’s and KPI’s are achieved and maintained
- generate and compile all client reports
- producing operational and financial reports to the client and ensuring deadlines are adhered to
