Bought a ford focus. Had just over 3 months. Head gasket has blown and requires complete new engine. Company refused responsibility. Rude, complete con-men. Avoid!!!!! Will be pursuing through legal action.

We purchased a car on line from these cow boys.
We have 10 problems with the car. After a number of emails to them they fail to reply.
They have been reported to several motoring organisations including trading standards.
We are awaiting the outcome

Didn't they provide you with the information about the car's state before the purchase? That's firstly unacceptable and secondly illegal. Where did you report that?
