Responsibility
- A vacancy has arisen for a Receptionist within the Club Operations function of Commercial Services at the RSM
- dealing with all customer enquiries, in person, on the telephone and via e-mail
- administering, responding and processing all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy
- the Receptionist is the first point of contact of our exclusive members club and venue ad the role would suit someone who is both a good team worker and is comfortable in lone working and committed to providing high quality service
- the Front of House representative will report to the Front Office Manager / Front of House Duty Manager of the Club Operations Team of the RSM
- providing a visible point of contact for all persons entering the Society’s premises
- to Direct Event Delegates to the meeting spaces
- to assist the Operations Team in set ups, directions and hosting
