office manager
Responsibility
- daily management and supervision business services teams
- ensure office supplies, resources and consumables are stocked
- work with all members of the IT and Business Services team
- work with other Office Managers, covering where necessary and assisting with ensuring cover is maintained by managing the rota
- organise regular meetings
- work with the Events Manager to ensure events are executed in a professional and cost-efficient manner
- manage desk and office moves alongside the Facilities Manager
- obtain competitive quotations for any works required
Requirements
- ability to build positive working relationships with direct reports
- excellent observation and organisational skills – with attention to detail
- demonstration of a flexible approach
- previous Office Management experience
- experience in using office and meeting room equipment
