Responsibility
- provide customer service support
- work within the guidelines of the Company Quality Management System
- have a clear understanding of the company policies and vision and how the sales office contributes to these
- assist with the day to day running of the depot
- plan and assist with sales initiatives
- ensure that cleanliness and tidiness in the depot is always maintained to the Company’s standards
- ensure that all goods are dispatched from the depot to fulfil the customers stipulated delivery requirements
- provide assistance to staff from other depots when required
Requirements
- ability to work alone or as part of a team
- rotec Hydraulics Ltd is a specialist company providing hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services that include design, manufacturing, servicing and pipework solutions
- basic knowledge of general engineering
- excellent communication skills
- the service centres support a wide variety of applications and markets, including marine, aerospace, utilities, mobile and industrial
- previous experience of working within a Hydraulic orientated company
- energetic and self-motivated
