- maintain the highest standards of food production, presentation and hygiene at all times
- uphold cleaning protocols to ensure a clean and organised kitchen environment in line
- the Club was established in 1903 and has grown and flourished over the years into a beautiful tree lined course being voted one of the top courses within 3 counties
- oversee food orders and stock levels to minimize wastage
- ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety regulations
