Responsibility
- you will collaborate directly with the founder to advance their creative vision, transforming it into unique and innovative designs
- research and maintain knowledge of relevant trends and consumer insights to offer further inspiration for new designs
- create original design drapes and sketches, following the Founders’ briefs
- prepare and present design concepts, sketches, and technical specifications to the Founder, showcasing your ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- working with the Pattern Cutter to create detailed tech packs for sampling and production
- responsible for fit sessions and assessment samples to resolve any product development or quality issues
- as the sole designer, you will have the exciting opportunity to sculpt the design aesthetics of the brand moving forward, and guide the design to even higher acclaim
- working directly with the Pattern Cutter and Sample Maker, you will lead the team and ensure all projects are kept on track
