Responsibility
- perform regular cleaning duties for indoor spaces, including common areas, hallways, and other designated areas
- ensure that properties meet high cleanliness standards through regular cleaning and maintenance activities
- coordinate with cleaning staff or external vendors as needed for specialized cleaning tasks
- ensure that correct waste disposal is carried out at the site and work with partner organisations where necessary if issues arise
- coordinate with property managers to address tenant requests and inquiries related to gardens, landscaping, and cleaning
- collaborate with relevant authorities and emergency services when necessary
- conduct regular security checks to ensure the safety of the entire property, including outdoor areas
- ensure opening and closing of entrances and common areas at relevant times of day
Requirements
- previous experience in single-site or dual-site property management, or a related field is preferred
- strong knowledge of security protocols and management, and emergency response management, on a site
- good stakeholder management
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work independently and as part of a team
- basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting
- physical ability to perform routine property inspections, address maintenance tasks, engage in gardening activities, and execute cleaning duties
