Responsibility
- develop and drive the finance function forward to maintain a high-performance structure

- ensure eviction notices are issued under various legal provisions to overdue tenants
- awareness and understanding of Property Compliance requirements and procedures
- ensure professional, effective and prompt customer service is delivered by the team, including incoming phone calls, emails and letters
- review Landlord Arrears reports and implement resolutions
- inventory maintenance of premises, office supplies and equipment, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations
