Requirements
at least 3 years of experience in an Operations or Finance role, preferably both
exceptional analytical, reporting, and organisation skills are highly essential
strong IT and Finance skills. Proficiency with Xero. AAT qualification or further would be advantageous
excellent attention to detail
strong sense of urgency and an ability to manage multiple projects
excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
familiarity with international manufacturing, wholesale and retail preferred
experience with logistics and shipping

the ideal candidate will have relevant operations and financial experience in the field of wholesale consumer goods, experience with Xero, and will have a positive, can-do, team player attitude who thrives in a start-up fast paced environment
manage efficient inventory levels in two 3PL’s warehouses, of all SKUS. Proactively analyse reports to optimise stock levels and reorder items to avoid OOS
responsible for order management on key accounts and distributors in all territories. Communicate with our warehouses to manage inventory & special requests
ensure that Bookkeeper assigns correct COGS for each sku
streamline operations to reduce costs and maximise turnover
