Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- success coordinating fundraising events, such as galas, for high-net-worth individuals
- experience with streamlining processes
- success partnering with corporate sponsors, auction donors, and vendors
- outstanding interpersonal skills and stakeholder management ability
- willingness to work occasionally outside of standard hours, including evenings, in support of events and activities
- ability and willingness to travel on an as needed basis
- minimum of 3 years’ non-profit fundraising event experience in the Middle East, UK or Europe with an understanding of the event landscape in London, Zurich and/or Dubai
Responsibility
- fulfill requests from Development Managers, including research, lookbook, creating events, requesting and logging dietary requirements and other data as needed
- support the EMEA Development Director in executing the EMEA team’s overall event strategy
