- we currently have a vacancy for a committed and professional Workshop Controller at our award-winning Mansfield Toyota/Suzuki centre
- as Workshop Controller you will lead a team of technicians to ensure complete customer satisfaction measures and productivity targets are met whilst maintaining a clean, safe working environment
- maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by implementing quality checks, resolving any issues and re-assuring customers by providing all necessary information and advice

Requirements
- relevant experience in the automotive industry, including previous workshop control or senior technician roles
- the ability to lead by example and motivate your team to achieve their targets and deliver a high standard of work
- ability to work calmly under pressure
- strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate well with customers and colleagues across the dealership
- ability to identify and create more work opportunities and sales in an honest and compliant manner
- A working knowledge of automotive technology, warranty systems and the Toyota franchise would be beneficial
