- we are looking for an experienced and professional Personal Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have excellent communication skills, and willing and able to handle a wide range of tasks
- maintain accurate records and filing systems
- communicate with internal and external parties on behalf of the Director
- manage the Director's calendar and coordinate appointments
- as a small Manufacturing business this role is based in an office / Warehouse setup, the role will include managing the stock in and out of the warehouse when necessary and liasing with the team to ensure fitters packs, RAMS and product is ready when required on site
- handle confidential information in a professional manner
- provide general office support such as photocopying, faxing, etc
- manage and maintain the stock in the warehouse and vehicles as required
