ROBINSON CAR AND COMMERCIAL is looking for employees for positions:

workshop manager

  • workshop manager

Responsibility

  • manage and oversee daily operations of the workshop from initial booking to vehicle collection
  • manage and plan contracted maintenance
  • coordinate and schedule work
  • supervise a team of technicians and provide guidance as needed
  • ensure all equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition
  • provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues
  • work alongside the operations team to ensure maximum availability of our internal fleets
  • willingness to work towards Irtec accreditation

Requirements

  • previous experience in a workshop or similar environment
  • strong mechanical knowledge for LGV/HGV & PSV
  • troubleshooting skills
  • knowledge of Operator Licencing Requirements & standards including record keeping, attention to detail is a must
