administration support to Kime Restoration Workshop Manager, including but not limited to order tracking, setting up suppliers, placing orders and supplier payments
Requirements
minimum of 3 years accounting experience
proficient in the use of Sage accounting software
strong organisational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and multitask
excellent written and verbal communication skills
strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
ability to be proactive and self-motivated with a high level of initiative
