  • payroll administrator

Responsibility

  • ¨ Processing weekly, four weekly and monthly payrolls
  • ¨ Processing new starters and leavers
  • ¨ Producing payroll reports and payslips for distribution
  • ¨ Ensure payrolls are backed up appropriately
  • ¨ Making pension submissions to providers
  • ¨ Producing client payroll journals when required
  • ¨ Update payroll procedures when / where appropriate
  • ¨ Liaise with clients to answer queries, requests and take hours/data for the processing of the payrolls

Requirements

  • payroll: 2 years
  • ¨ Be able to work to deadlines
