Responsibility
- you should be a strategic thinker, understand end-to-end retail eCommerce and drive growth using both commercial, operational & marketing sales levers
- the ability to read, understand and create action from large pools of data is critical for the role
- work closely with the eCommerce Director to deliver agreed sales, margin and performance KPIs
- own the relationship with customers and develop influential partnerships
- full P&L Ownership per account
- detailed Forecast creation, maintenance and management across all customers at line level
- RKW are seeking an eCommerce National Account Manager to join their high growth eCommerce channel and be a part of the UKs fastest growing Housewares & Kitchen Business
- lead customer range review meetings to increase RKW listings and share Vs agreed objectives
Requirements
- proven track record in a NAM/KAM or equivalent level role from an FMCG/SDA/MDA/CE background – eComm experience desirable
- an understanding of eCommerce levers and best practices
- attention to detail, with an ability to oversee and prioritize multiple projects and consistently meet deadlines
- excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels whilst providing a quality customer orientated approach
- demonstrate excellent analytical, planning, problem solving, presentation and organisational skills
- ability to Present with impact
- capability to work both independently as well as in a cross functional team environment
- desire to continue to learn and grow professionally
