RIPON CITY GOLF CLUB is looking for employees for positions:

Responsibility
- the role of the General Manager is to execute the strategic plan of the Club designed by the Board
- the GM reports direct to the Chair
- manage the day-to-day functions within the office and any site requirements as they arise
- manage the relationship and contract with the Franchisee
- manage the relationship and contract delivery with the Club professional
- be the face of the Club for Visiting parties, Union Days and Club events as needed
- manage the marketing partner highlighting opportunities to maximise revenues
- on a daily basis the GM is the face of the Club, and their key role is that the members and visitors receive the high levels of service required and expected at a top club, while driving revenue and maximising opportunities to sell the Club’s services all within a well-defined budget
Requirements
- must have management experience of leading at least 5 people – minimum 1 year
- golf Club management preferred
- must be able to manage their time efficiently
- must be able to work with minimal input from others
- must be an excellent communicator, that includes listening
- must be an excellent relationship builder
- must have a Customer first ethos
- management: 1 year
