- ripjar specialises in the development of software and data products that help governments and organisations combat serious financial crime
- our IT team is responsible for the implementation, management, and delivery of IT services to meet the needs of Ripjar
- our technology is used to identify criminal activity such as money laundering and terrorist financing and enables organisations to enforce sanctions at scale to help combat rogue entities and state actors
- it ensures that the appropriate mix of people, processes, and technology are in place to provide value
- supervise the maintenance and security of internal technical services, systems and information within the organisation
- in essence, the team makes sure Ripjar runs as efficiently as possible
- ensure employees are adequately trained in procedures, software and hardware
- support the onboarding/off-boarding employees process for corporate systems and infrastructure
Requirements
- desktop Support of MacOS systems
- able to troubleshoot a large variety of technical issues
- exceptional customer service skills with a problem-solving attitude
- excellent written and verbal communications skills
- task-oriented and organised
- experience operating AV and vulnerability management software
- experience working to a budget
- 5+ years experience in an IT support environment
