Requirements
- A background as a building surveyor, project manager
- strong knowledge of construction and real estate industry practices, regulations, and standards
- proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and software
- excellent organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders
- this person needs to be comfortable dealing with the boards, presenting to boards, and discussing costs, be articulate and a good communication
- solid financial acumen and budget management skills to ensure projects are completed within allocated resources
- proven experience as a project manager in the real estate industry, preferably with a focus on small–scale projects.Ideally experience of gym, residential or hotel projects
Responsibility
- conducting feasibility studies, site inspections, and risk assessments to assess project viability and identify potential challenges or opportunities
- collaborating with clients, contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to define project goals, scope, and deliverables
- implementing effective communication and reporting mechanisms to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and progress to stakeholders, management, and clients
