Requirements
- experienced as a Service Manager within Supported Living
- experience of supporting people that have complex needs and demonstrate behaviours that challenge
- registered Manager within Learning disabilities and/or mental health
- NVQ Level 4 or 5 in Management or equivalent or working towards
- multi-Site Experience
- experience of working as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- registered Manager: 2 years
- good understanding of CQC legislation, updates, changes and best practice, such as Right Support, Right Care, Right Culture – CQ, Home for Good – Good support for people in their communities – CQC, Enabling positive lives for autistic adults – National Institute for Health and Care Excellence , Core Capabilities Framework for Supporting People with a Learning Disability/Autistic People – Department of Health and Social Care and Reach Standards Practical Guide
