Responsibility
to achieve, as a minimum, the monthly targets for utility sales placements as set by the business
generate new business through, marketing and customer engagement activities by ensuring that the company’s minimum standards are matched and exceeded
arrange commercial utility reviews between Revo Utilities and the client
the role of Business Development Manager is to increase our commercial utility client base by building relationships with businesses, promoting Revo Utilities services through effective sales techniques
the role will be office and field based with client facing sales visits. Networking and generating business is a requirement of this role
maintain existing business and maximise potential by carrying out regular client service calls and investigating opportunities during all contact which can include reverse marketing calls
Requirements
extensive Business to Business and Business to Customer experience
experience and understanding of the commercial utilities industry
experience of delivering a high level of service and satisfaction
experience of liaising with existing clients and prospects
experience of managing databases / CRM systems for lead generation
experience of being self-motivated to achieve KPIs and targets
experience of successfully achieving targets and deadlines whilst working without close supervision
