The level of service has really gone down hill as this team/company have grown. Attention to detail is not great, they seem careless when moving around the house with dents and chips in my skirting boards.
There is always dust in areas which shouldn’t have been missed and cobwebs or dirt under rugs.
They have increased their costs but this is not reflected in their work. There are new girls doing my house each week and there is no consistency in timings or cleans. One week could be good and the next awful with no accountability for tardy work
