- ability to remain calm and composed whilst de-escalating situations
- as an employee with Resolve Security you will be the first point of contact for the venue's guests. You will be required to ensure that they are greeted in the utmost professional and welcoming manner and to provide a great customer experience
- ensure the safety and wellbeing of all persons under your duty of care in accordance with the SIA and licensing standards
- this is an inside job which involves patrolling the gaming floor and being alert to any issues that may arise
Requirements
- experience is preferred but not essential as full venue requirement training will be provided on site
- this role offers excellent opportunities for personal development and growth within the industry
- successful candidates will also be offered the opportunity to work extra hours at different Resolve locations
