- be responsible for managing other members of the team, providing them with guidance, training and reviewing their work

Requirements
- AAT qualified
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience working in an accountancy and tax practice specialising in small business is essential
- computer literate using a range of applications/programmes
- excellent organisational skills
- work under pressure knowing what to prioritise
