  • to oversee day to day food and beverage sales and service
  • attend weekly meetings with the management team
  • ensure all functions are set up and the customers’ requirements are exceeded
  • ensure Ladies & Gent’s locker rooms are kept fully serviced
  • order stock and ensure levels are consistent with demand
  • help manage staffing levels for front of house
  • ensure the front of house team is trained in all aspects of the front of house requirements
