Responsibility

  • as our head chef, you will manage the kitchen
  • salary based on 45 hour week
  • the Grange is a family owned and operated hotel & restaurant, our current head chef is moving on after ten years and so now we are seeking a creative and experienced head chef to join our team
  • you will run the daily operations of the kitchen, including menu design and costing, managing the kitchen staff and most importantly to ensure that the highest quality of local and freshly prepared food is served to our guests
  • the Grange has 18 bedrooms and a 40 seat restaurant and a private dining room. We also have a function room but we are currently in planning permission to have this converted into three extra bedrooms
