Responsibility
to actively work towards meeting and exceeding all set sales targets as agreed with the Sales Manager
to maintain a high degree of customer service in support of all product enquiries and adhere to all sales management guidelines
responsible for updating the CRM with accurate information on dealer sales leads and market activity on a timely basis
to develop the dealer network to increase coverage in the UK and penetrate into key target markets inline with the sales & marketing plan
to support the training team when required with product training and technical support where required to dealers and internal staff
to attend training events related to product and personal training
to adhere to all the Company’s policies and procedures
to report monthly forecasting and data from the dealer network to enable the accurate planning of product stock levels and be able to communicate stock requirements from previous history to the Sales Manager
