Responsibility
- layout control panels following wiring diagrams, electrical schematics and bills of materials to assemble automation lines
- mounting of components into enclosures
- wiring control panels per specifications
- troubleshooting and testing control panels
- assist with building assembly machines, some mechanical knowledge an advantage
Requirements
- experience building and/or testing control panels
- ability to read and wire from an electrical schematic and bill of materials
- computer knowledge
- dependability and be detail oriented
- knowledge of AutoCad electrical
- current 18th edition regulation knowledge
- working knowledge of electrical control panel components including programmable controllers, PLC, relays, motor starters, terminal strips, wire channel, indicating lights, push buttons and selector switches
- electrical Engineering: 1 year
