  • ensuring new tenancies start smoothly and are compliant in collaboration with the Lettings Manager
  • co-ordinating renewing and ending tenancies
  • assessing check-out reports, justifying dilapidation and cleaning claims and disbursing deposits
  • monitoring and managing collection of arrears
  • ensuring all statutory requirements are fulfilled as they fall due, such as safety certificates
  • making sure maintenance issues are resolved efficiently and cost-effectively
  • booking and conducting inspections as they fall due
