Responsibility
- this role will support the state-of-the-art facilities and departments that contribute towards the on-going success of a championship winning F1 team
- you will ensure the business comply with all health, safety and environmental policies and procedures
- schedule and chair regular Safety, Health & Environment committee meetings ensuring positive engagement
- organisation and provision of Safety, Health and Environment training to support the needs of the campus
- red Bull Technology have a new and exciting Health, Safety & Environmental Advisor vacancy to join the Health, Safety and Environmental team at our Milton Keynes campus
- effective monitoring and measuring of performance
- as the HSE Advisor you will be responsible for driving the continuous improvement of the Health, Safety & Environmental roadmap to achieve the overall vision
- support with the maintenance and auditing of the existing Environmental Management System, ensuring the ISO14001 accreditation is retained
Requirements
- minimum 3-5 years’ experience within a similar role
- A NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent
- excellent communicator with strong persuasive skills
- the ability to have a methodical approach to tasks and work within a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- an Environmental Qualification
- previous experience in a similar role within either F1, Motorsport or the Automotive industry or fast-paced manufacturing environment is highly desirable
- to understand and respect the confidentiality of company intellectual property, assets, procedures and operational structure at all times
