Requirements
- advanced First Aid
- business Administration Level 3 qualification or above
- experience of liaison with external contractors
- administering medication to students and first aid in line with RBN policies and procedures

Responsibility
- to regularly review your personal and professional development needs
- anything else requested of SLT/Trustees within the day to day remit of your work
- all work performed/duties undertaken must be carried out in accordance with relevant Red Balloon philosophy, policies and procedures, within legislation, and with regard to the needs of students, staff and parents/carers
- input all new student admissions data onto MIS system’s Bromcom and CPOMS to ensure all student data is accurate. Set up staff logins, reset passwords and liaise with MIS account managers to ensure data systems are operating efficiently
- record and monitor fire alarm and extinguisher testing/checks and fire doors within fire safety logbook
- provide general wellbeing support to pupils as required, contacting parents/carers as necessary when requested by the RBN SLT
- lead first aider in school with delegated responsibility by the Head of Centre to administer medication as required by individual pupil care plans following the RBN agreed procedures
- ensure all Contractors and Visitors are signed in are identifiable and if not on school SCR are chaperoned at all times
