Responsibility
- oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution of products
- develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize errors
- coordinate with other departments to ensure timely order fulfilment and inventory accuracy
- setting up layout and ensure efficient space utilization
- monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet customer demands while minimizing carrying costs
- implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and transportation providers to optimize logistics operations
Requirements
- proven experience as a Warehouse Manager or similar role
- strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management systems
- excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly
- attention to detail and accuracy in managing inventory records
