site supervisor
Responsibility
- to carry out site duties and to work on all of the production lines as required
- to supervise the waste department as required and ensure team is working in a correct and safe manner
- to ensure waste team employees are functioning at optimum levels at all times
- to inform management immediately of any defects that may cause any item of equipment to be either unsafe
- ensure machinery daily check and defect sheets are completed
- to ensure all employees in the waste department are following instruction through delegation from Site Manager and in a correct and safe manner
- safely direct customers to the designated tipping areas
- to keep the area you are working in clean and tidy and free from hazards
