- we are looking for an experienced Registered Manager to manage a 2 bed therapeutic children's home in Plymouth
- you must possess a level 5 diploma or its equivalent, or you must be driven to pursue and accomplish it
- A valid driver's licence is required
- we are looking for someone that is committed to their beliefs, a team player, and a brand spokesman
- the chosen applicant will have expertise in children's services and at least two years of residential team management experience that demonstrates leadership
- our goal is for all Phoenix Children's Homes to receive Outstanding ratings, and we are driven and focused on making sure that all of our Homes offer excellent care and assistance for young people who are most in need
Requirements
- to be in charge of the service's overall management and leadership
- to continue to be an authorised manager with the regulator
- managing people and resources to ensure that high levels of care are delivered in accordance with legal, contractual, and organisational requirements
- create a culture that prioritises constant quality improvement
- should be in charge of business growth , financial viability and service level
