Responsibility

we are urgently looking for an operations compliance and performance officer for our precious client within Exeter city Council
operate a comprehensive and auditable stock control and ensure storage requirements are met and maintained
to assist in the absence management, daily checks such as vehicle and equipment condition, rechargeable works etc
to assist the Public and Greenspace teams to keep the city looking good by ensuring effective systems are in place to support their work
to develop, record and monitor compliance systems with a focus on Risk Management, Safe Working Practices, Health and Safety and risk assessments
to collate and interpret data to advise the Public and Green Space Operations Manager on performance outputs against demand for cleansing, litter and grounds maintenance services
to co-ordinate training needs, supplies of materials, issue, and control of Personal Protective Equipment, liaising with the council’s Health and Safety officers as required
such other duties relevant to the post and grading relating to the job description overall which may from time to time be deemed appropriate
