- coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new hires in compliance with local regulations and company policies
- collaborate with project managers to anticipate labour needs for upcoming projects in London and develop proactive recruitment strategies accordingly
- stay updated on industry trends, labour market conditions, and regulatory requirements specific to London to inform recruitment and labour management practices
- source, screen, interview, and select candidates for various construction positions, including skilled tradespeople, general laborers, and specialized workers, considering the unique demands of the London construction industry
- maintain an extensive network of contacts within the construction industry in London to ensure access to a diverse pool of skilled labour
Requirements
- proven experience in construction recruitment, labour management, or a similar role within the construction industry in London
- in-depth knowledge of various construction trades, skills, and qualifications required for different roles in the London construction industry
- strong networking abilities with a wide range of industry professionals, including contractors, project managers, and labour unions in London
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates, clients, and stakeholders at all levels in the London context

- proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and other relevant tools
