- developing and maintaining professional relationships with our team, clients, and healthcare professionals
- handling telephone inquiries with professionalism and courtesy
- providing initial assistance to carers and clients with care-related queries
- ensuring compliance in the office and on patient visits
Requirements
- A profound dedication to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable individuals
- the ability to cover on-call duties as needed
- attention to detail
- knowledge of CQC standards and CQC Compliance
- skills in logical reasoning and problem-solving
- computer literacy
- ability to perform under pressure
- experience in Care Coordination or at least two years working in Health and Social Care
