- this role will be supporting Reach staff with day-to-day reception and attendance tasks as required
- hours: 30hrs per week, 9am – 3pm Monday to Friday

Responsibility
- run weekly fire alarm tests and record test in log book
- liaise with Local Authority and parents where required
- book meeting rooms and conference facilities
- organise half termly fire drills and record drills in log book
- organise and store paperwork, documents and computer-based information
- ensure fire exits are clear daily at the start and end of every day
- create and maintain filing and other school office systems
- schedule and attend meetings, create agendas and take minutes
