Working hours

Responsibility

  • RCI Technical Services LTD is looking for a full-time Surveyor to join our team
  • perform residential and commercial property surveys
  • the ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, construction, and or real estate
  • prepare and submit final survey packages for review by the client
  • complete field inspections of the completed survey
  • prepare field notes and provide support during the inspection
  • maintain database with survey information for future reference
  • complete all necessary processing of survey data including recording of property boundaries, acquisition of topographical data, creation of ownership and/or title documents, etc

Education

  • bachelor's
  • high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
  • must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • travel will be required to meet with clients onsite
  • surveyors are responsible for onsite support such as walking the property, inspecting boundaries, etc
  • this position requires travel to properties that are under construction or in various states of repair

Requirements

  • work: 1 year
