Responsibility
- RCI Technical Services LTD is looking for a full-time Surveyor to join our team
- perform residential and commercial property surveys
- the ideal candidate will have a strong background in surveying, construction, and or real estate
- prepare and submit final survey packages for review by the client
- complete field inspections of the completed survey
- prepare field notes and provide support during the inspection
- maintain database with survey information for future reference
- complete all necessary processing of survey data including recording of property boundaries, acquisition of topographical data, creation of ownership and/or title documents, etc
Education
- bachelor's
- high school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- travel will be required to meet with clients onsite
- surveyors are responsible for onsite support such as walking the property, inspecting boundaries, etc
- this position requires travel to properties that are under construction or in various states of repair
