Responsibility
- provide technical support to clients and internal teams via phone, email, and chat
- troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner

- collaborate with other IT professionals to resolve complex technical problems and escalate issues as needed

- contribute to the development and improvement of support processes and procedures
Requirements
- strong understanding of computer systems, software, and hardware
- experience with troubleshooting techniques for common technical issues
- excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex issues
- experience with support ticketing systems
- good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- knowledge of network protocols and configurations
- familiarity with operating systems and common applications
- strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing exceptional support
