- proven experience as a florist, ideally in a senior or lead role, with a portfolio showcasing luxury floral designs
- ability to work well under pressure during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with customers
Responsibility
- design and create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday sales
- design and create bespoke luxury floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions
- manage inventory levels of flowers and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality
- work closely with clients to provide personalized floral designs that reflect their vision and preferences
- provide excellent customer service by assisting clients in selecting appropriate flowers and arrangements that meet their needs
- assist with managing online orders, including those placed through the Interflora platform, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- sell floral products effectively while demonstrating knowledge of different flower types and arrangements
- handle day-to-day shop tasks such as ordering stock, managing inventory, and maintaining the quality of flowers
