Responsibility
- design and create bespoke luxury floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions
- work closely with clients to provide personalized floral designs that reflect their vision and preferences
- assist with managing online orders, including those placed through the Interflora platform, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- handle day-to-day shop tasks such as ordering stock, managing inventory, and maintaining the quality of flowers
- provide support with visual merchandising to create a welcoming in-store environment
- deliver excellent customer service, both in person and through online platforms, ensuring a smooth ordering experience
- collaborate with the owner to help establish and promote the business in the local community
- take a proactive role in all aspects of the business, including helping with logistics, displays, and operations during our early stages of growth
Requirements
- proven experience as a florist, ideally in a senior or lead role, with a portfolio showcasing luxury floral designs
- experience with online order management, particularly using platforms like Interflora
- strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment
- flexibility to assist with a range of tasks in a new business, including operations, customer service, and online orders
- passion for floristry, with a keen eye for detail and a dedication to delivering high-quality, hand-crafted designs
- excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
