rapid Labs Ltd is looking for a full time Purchasing & Office Administrator to join our expanding team working 37.5 hrs per week

the main roles and responsibilities will include liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotes, creating and processing purchase orders through to delivery and checking invoices against order values and assisting with effective stock control
to be considered for this post you should ideally have previous experience of working in an administrative background and possess strong and accurate numeracy skills
you must be a good team player, having a high level of interpersonal and communication skills as you will need to grow relationships with Suppliers obtaining the best deals and work within budgets
you will need to be self-disciplined and able to work to deadlines whilst being organised, meticulous and paying attention to detail enabling accurate coding and filing
Requirements
full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle required due to location
excellent computer skills including accurate data input and proficient in using Word, Excel and Outlook. Exceptional organisational and administrative skills. Strong recall of information is required
