• we are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team at Random Hall Hotel
• you will use pot-washing machinery and carry out general cleaning whilst ensuring health and safety guidelines are observed

• this is a part time position with hours in the region of 16 – 22 hours a week
• this will be for 4 or 5 days a week dependent on business
• during busy periods there may be the opportunity to pick up extra shifts
• washing up and using a commercial dishwasher; washing and drying utensils, plates, cutlery and pots and pans
• keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and general cleaning of kitchen equipment
• removal of refuse and cleaning refuse areas
• shift patterns will primarily consist of weekday and Saturday evenings from 5.00pm - 9.00/9:30pm
