we are looking for a Kitchen Porter to join our Kitchen Team at Random Hall Hotel
you will use pot-washing machinery and carry out general cleaning whilst ensuring health and safety guidelines are observed
joining a small team, the ideal candidate will be reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and have previous experience working in a catering environment
this is a part time position with hours in the region of 16 – 22 hours a week
this will be for 4 or 5 days a week dependent on business
during busy periods there may be the opportunity to pick up extra shifts
washing up and using a commercial dishwasher; washing and drying utensils, plates, cutlery and pots and pans
keeping the kitchen clean and tidy and general cleaning of kitchen equipment
