Responsibility

- telephone & Email support of all our products
- hardware/Software repairs & New system testing on our range of products
- carry out general administration duties
- configuration, installation, support and repair of hardware and associated firmware, and software to quality standards
- process goods receipts of stock purchases and faulty equipment for repair
- assist with dispatching of customer orders and repaired equipment
- creation and maintenance of repair documentation to include repair centre processes and user guides
Requirements
- ability to drive sales and revenue to support the continued growth
- experience of having been part of a team to deliver projects to deadlines
- strong communication skills both written and verbal
- confident in front of prospective clients and customers
- proven knowledge of hardware and repair centre processes
- highly motivated, driven, and proactive
- we are looking to build a team that will last for several years
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
